Hi! Here is a simple and fun nail idea for you. I am obviously obsessed with using makeup sponge wedges to paint my nails. Trust me, it is not any more time consuming than painting your nails the traditional way. You can use any combination of colors – pastels, neons, glitters, metallics – the options are endless. I think pastels look best with this look, but use whatever floats your boat. Watch the tutorial in HD for best quality.
Eeeek! Is it August already? Here are the products that came inside my Ipsy bag:
MICA Beauty Shimmer Powder in Bronze, Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer, Michael Todd Pumpkin Facial Mask, Pixi Lash Booster Mascara, Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in 69.

Hi! I thought I would share some of my fitness-related Instagram photos with you today. I started using Instagram at the start of the summer, and it has quickly become my favorite social media outlet. Now I don’t post these yoga exhibitionist pics to be a narcissistic show-off. These photos are an integral part of my fitness journey, like a journal, so I can see my strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments. I’ve been so inspired by other Instagram fitness selfies, that I figure if I can inspire or motivate just one person, that would be enough for me to post a picture. It also allows me to indulge my creative side, which is what attracted me to yoga in the first place (it’s like “body art”). Hope you like my little handstand collage.
